Teresa Jeannine Floyd, age 51 of Martin, died Saturday, July 7 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She was the daughter of Paul Gene Hamm of Union City and the late Trella Jeannine Miller Hamm. Mrs. Floyd was a medical couier and a Baptist. In addition to her father she is survived by her husband Tim Floyd of Martin, two daughters both of Martin, Johnna Nicole Hazelwood and Angela Hope Glover, a son Travis Allen McClain of Martin, a sister Vicki Ruth Morgan of South Fulton, a brother Paul Richard Hamm of Rives and five grandchildren.
